By creating an account or using the Waste Warriors app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Waste Warriors, LLC.
The Service
The Service is a dispatch and customer-management tool for septic pumping and related field-service businesses. Features include job scheduling, driver and truck management, maps, service reports, and customer notifications.
Your account
- You are responsible for your username and password and for activity under your account.
- Business owners are responsible for the drivers and other users they invite and for the accuracy of the information they enter.
- You must be authorized to use any customer information you enter, and must follow applicable laws, including those covering email and text messages.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other businesses' data, no interfering with or reverse-engineering the Service, and no sending spam or unlawful messages through it.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from your profile.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Routing, geocoding, and suggestions (such as dump locations) are aids only; you are responsible for verifying them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waste Warriors, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
